Die Gerüchteküche brodelt: Will Microsoft Yahoo kaufen?

Durch den Beitrag von Pascal Rossini bin ich auf die aktuellen Gerüchte aufmerksam geworden. Laut diesen Gerüchten hat Microsoft interesse an Yahoo. Auch Robert Scoble, der von Microsoft beschäftigte Profi-Blogger, spricht das Gerücht an. Offensichtlich haben Mary Jo Foley von Microsoft Watch und eine Reuters Meldung dieses Gerücht in Umlauf gebracht und selbst Forbes kommentierte dies heute:

It is worth noting that Microsoft is not sitting still. The company is reportedly eying a pact with another major online player, with industry insiders speculating that Yahoo! will end up partnering with the company. A Microsoft -Yahoo! deal would be interesting in that it would align the four biggest 'Net plays into two camps. If that occurs, we would not be surprised to see InterActiveCorp and eBay, which have complimentary businesses, seek to forge an alliance of some sorts.

Schlecht für den Aktienkurs von YAHOO war es auf jeden Fall nicht, die Aktie ist gestern um 4.4% gestiegen.


Warten wir ab, das neue Jahr scheint spannend los zu gehen.
